1. Use of Our Products
Our parts are sold for their intended purpose only. You are responsible for ensuring proper installation and use. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper installation, or use beyond the part’s intended function.

2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by AutoMotivated Prices are as listed at the time of purchase, and payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors.

3. Shipping
We aim to deliver your order promptly. Shipping times may vary based on location and availability. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns and Refunds
If a part has not been installed, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Returns are not accepted for parts that have been installed or where installation was attempted. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. See our full Return Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoMotivated is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part.

6. Warranty
Parts are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Any applicable manufacturer warranties will be passed on to you, but we do not offer additional warranties unless specified.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Connecticut
